YOU MUST FILL OUT THE MARGARITAVILLE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING. IF THE FORM IS NOT COMPLETED, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. IT IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE RESORT.
